We collect this information through Tally, a third‑party form platform. We do not collect payment information and do not process payments directly.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide exclusively to:
Analyze the property you are considering
Prepare your personalized Buy or Pass™ verdict
Deliver your evaluation report by email
Respond to questions or follow‑up requests related to your evaluation
We do not use your information for automated decision‑making or profiling beyond the scope of your requested evaluation.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.
We may share your information only in these limited circumstances:
Service providers: With Tally (form collection) and email service providers, solely to operate and deliver the service. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
